Product Description

This Typha harvesting system combines a front-linkage-mounted 4.5 m head, with an adjustable brush reel and Schumacher Easy Cut knife, with 250 mm cross conveyors and a 300 mm elevator that folds up for transport. Seed heads are carried into a 2 m³ galvanised collection bin with a full-height door.

With the Softrak partially raised and the body tipped, the bin empties directly into two 1 m³ dumpy bags for easy transport. The system requires the jack-up modification, which gives adjustable ride height from 600 to 1,300 mm for taller crops (up to 1.8 m cut height) or deeper wading.
